Return Policy for Hope Graphics Co.

At Hope Graphics Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality printing, advertising, branding design, video ad content, and corporate gifting services. Due to the custom and personalized nature of most of our offerings, our return policy is tailored to reflect these unique aspects.
Custom-Made Products and Services
*All custom-designed and custom-printed products, including but not limited to:*
* Business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, and banners
* Branding design files (logos, brand guides, stationery designs)
* Video ad content and related media files
* Personalized corporate gifts
* Any item with custom artwork, text, or specifications
*are non-returnable and non-refundable once production or design work has commenced or been completed.*
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction:
We strive for your complete satisfaction. Before final production, we provide *proofs for your approval* for all custom orders. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve these proofs, checking for:
* Spelling and grammar
* Design accuracy and layout
* Color representation (understanding that colors on screen may vary slightly from printed output)
* Product specifications and quantities
*Once a proof is approved, Hope Graphics Co. is not responsible for errors or omissions that were present in the approved proof.*
Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Orders)
While custom orders are generally non-refundable, we stand by the quality of our work. We will address issues under the following circumstances:
* *Manufacturing Defects:* If your printed products have significant manufacturing defects (e.g., severe misprints, incorrect cutting that impacts usability, major binding errors).
* *Incorrect Order Fulfillment:* If the product you received is significantly different from what you approved in the final proof (e.g., wrong material, different size than ordered, incorrect quantity shipped due to our error).
Reporting an Issue:
If you believe your order falls under these exceptions, you must *contact us within 7 days of receiving your order*. Please provide:
* Your order number
* A detailed description of the issue
* Clear photographs or videos demonstrating the defect or error
Upon review, if we determine that the error was on our part, we will, at our discretion, either:
* *Reprint or re-produce the affected portion of your order* at no additional cost.
* *Issue a partial or full credit* for the affected items.
Non-Custom Products (Corporate Gifting Examples)
For any *non-customized, off-the-shelf items* (e.g., certain generic corporate gifts purchased without personalization), you may be eligible for a return within *14 days of receipt*, provided the items are:
* In their original, unused condition
* In their original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns for such items may be subject to a *restocking fee, and **shipping costs are non-refundable*.
Cancellations
* *Design & Video Ad Content Services:* If you wish to cancel a design or video ad content project before any significant work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, less any costs incurred for initial consultations, research, or administrative fees. Once design or production work has commenced, cancellation may result in a non-refundable charge for work completed to date.
* *Printing & Corporate Gifting Production:* Orders for printing or personalized corporate gifts cannot be canceled once they have moved into the production phase.
