*Please Note:* Our services for *Advertising, Branding Design, and Video Ad Content* are delivered digitally. Therefore, no physical shipping is required for these services. Final files will be delivered electronically via email, cloud storage links, or a similar secure digital method.

1. General Shipping Information

* *Delivery Area:* We provide shipping services primarily within Jeddah and to other major cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* *Shipping Costs:* Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, destination, and urgency of your order. These costs will be calculated and provided to you as part of your final quote.
* *Proof of Delivery:* For all orders, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your products arrive safely.

2. Shipping Process and Timelines

* *Production Time:* Our shipping timeline begins *after* your order has been finalized and production is complete. Production times vary based on the complexity and volume of your order. An estimated production time will be communicated to you during the quoting and order confirmation process.
* *Shipping Time:* Once production is complete, we will dispatch your order using a reputable courier service. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
* *Within Jeddah:* 1-2 business days
* *Other KSA Cities:* 2-4 business days
* *Remote Areas:* Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take longer.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as unforeseen courier issues or public holidays.

* *Tracking:* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package’s status.

3. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. For large or sensitive items, we may use specialized packaging to provide extra protection.

4. Rush Orders

If you require an order to be delivered sooner than our standard timeline, please inform us when requesting a quote. Any costs incurred for re-shipping a returned package due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the client.
